Normally I'm not moved to act when I receive bad service; I'm generally very understanding. But I have never received such consistently bad service from an apartment management company. Olympus Nelson is very reluctant to address any problems that you bring to their company. We have called, emailed, and sent a written letter requesting them to deal with several problems that we have been having since September 2008. Most of the problems have not even been addressed by them. The couple they addressed (leaky toilet and leaking ceiling) have not been fixed in an appropriate manner (think kitchen wire tie and expecting paint to fix a leaking roof). They take the cheap way out and obviously do not care about their renters. I am not saying your experience will be like mine, but inspect the apartment VERY well before you rent. Test all appliances, toilets, etc. Inspect the ceilings and floors...and don't expect your deposit back.
Cons: poor management, takes the cheap way out, parking, lack of care for renters and complex
