Terrible service at the bar for lunch 12/12/2011

What ever you do when you have to wait for a table, DO NOT SIT AT THE BAR FOR LUINCH and I mean DO NOT SIT AT THE BAR< the barteander has two service stations to take care of plus the 10 or 12 seats at the bar, and no one came to give her any help. We juist had the soup and salad special, never got the 2nd bowl of soup, gave up after a 20 minute wait. NEVER AGAIN Pros: null Cons: null more

TOO crowded 5/6/2010

Love the salad dressing but the breadsticks were poor. They were underseasoned and not cooked enough. The wait time is ridiculous partly because there aren't enough waitresses. The waitstaff they have is overwhelmed. Anything over a 45 min wait in my opinion is too long and that's the norm at this location. If you order the soup salad and breadstick lunch its unlimited refills. This place either doesn't want to refill your salad bowl or simply can't keep up which isn't good customer service. more

Had a nice lunch 11/13/2008

This place was your typical olive garden. They were very nice to my friend and I, probably because we ordered wine. Usually with these places if you don't order the wine, they will barely talk to you! This place was clean and prompt. more

You could get a better meal from Chef Boyarde in a can 1/17/2007

Let me start by saying I hate most chains. But I loathe this chain. It is such horrid. The food is so underwhelming and its atmosphere is like chuckie cheeses. If you really need to eat out and want italian I highly recomend a dinner or a local BYOB as there are tons around the area any more. If you must go take 40 dollars and burn it first cause after you are done eating here you would have just done the same thing. Pros: They let you leave Cons: Everything. more

Love the food 7/16/2006

We eat here as often as possible. The food is better than many other Italian restaurants in the area. Relaxing atmosphere and the menu is never boring. The place is often too crowded i nthe evenings with a long wait for tables. PROS: Good food at reasonable prices CONS: Service can be uneven and sometimes unfriendly. more

You Really Are Like Family! 9/22/2005

When we approached our table, the host said to us, "Sit down, make your self comfortable." I immediately thought of the commercial on the television. The Olive Garden has the comfort zone downpat. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food was very good and inexpensive. more

LOVELY 7/16/2005

Great place to eat 7/9/2005

I am very happy with everything at olive garden. The food is always good and the service is great. Usually when we go there is not that much of a wait, this is during the week. more

Some good, some bad 5/8/2005

I have been to this Olive Garden on several occasions. For the most part it is a nice place if you are looking for Italian food. The food is excellent! The service has been quite poor on several occasions, though. I have had a few waiters/waitresses that seemed like they just didn't feel like working that day. Bathrooms are often in need of a little attention. more
