I've spent over $1000 at this store in the last year. My last visit was so good, I'll never return.
I needed assistance in the copy center due to an error with a self-serve copy machine. I stood there in front of three associates who refused to acknowledge me. After a few minutes, I asked one of them for help, by name (since I could read his n/t). He rudely asked me what my issue was, and said he would be over to help. After waiting over 10 minutes (keep in mind these 3 guys were doing nothing!!), I had politely asked them for help again. Once the gentleman got to the machine, I asked him about the rewards points I received last time I was there for making copies. As it turns out, he basically called me a liar stating the last promotion I received there was something that they did not nor ever offered! Really?! I even offered to show him my receipt and he shrugged it off.
With service like this, there are many other office stores in the area that are not bothered by customers spending money at their store. This O.D. seems to hate the idea of customer service. What a shame!
