"I have shopped here for about 5 years buying office supplies for my small business. My experience was fine until last time I went in.\r
I called ahead to see if they had a part I was looking for. The person answering the phone said they had 5 in stock. I went down to the store to pick one up and no one could find what I had previously asked for. I asked to speak with the manager to see if he could price match a similar item for me since they had screwed up and told me they had something they didn't. The manager (Brandon) said that it wasn't his fault they told me they had it when they didn't because he didn't tell me, someone else did. I asked him if there was anything he could do for me and he said no.\r
I have called the District Manager, David Brownstien, every day for about a week straight to relay my experience, but he has yet to call me back. I guess OfficeMax isn't too concerned with losing customers."
