My brother let me know that whenever I plan to eat at Oba Oba that I should arrive with an empty stomach. He was definitely right. I went in about lunch time and I believe the cost was around$16?? for an unlimited amount of different kinds of Brazilian prepared meat. It is a sit-down buffet where the servers come to you asking if you want the meat that is place on his/her skewer. The servers keep on coming and coming with different kinds of meat (chicken, beef, pork...) and offering you pieces of it. The meat is very tasty and it definitely fills you up. For all the food they serve you and the price you pay, the value is great. People are discouraged to dine there because of the price, but after eating there you realize that it was well worth it. This restaurant is situated in the Puente Hills Mall, so you can walk around the mall after that heavy meal to burn off some of those calories!
Pros: filling, variety of meat, location of restaurant
Cons: maybe too much meat for people to handle in one sitting
