My father has been going to Oasis Hand Car Wash for years without incident or problems. However, on Sept. 17th around 10:00am there was a scrape on the bottom passenger bumper. My father asked to speak to a manager, we were told there wasn't a manager on property. We asked for a name and number of a manager to get in contact with. The employees took us into the office to get us the information and to show us video playback. All of a sudden, the owner, KEN SMITH, shows up and stops the employee from finish showing us the video playback. KEN SMITH yells at my father and me that he has no time for us or our problem. He offered to let us walk the property, but he was rude and screaming at my father, ""where could a scrape happen?"" and ""I'm busy, I don't have time for this."" I told KEN SMITH to change his attitude toward us. There is no need for him to speak to us like this and be disrespectful. At this point he asks us to leave the property. His actions are incriminating, and make him appear guilty. It also demonstrates this company does not care for their customers. This is a problem when a company feels they don't need to be responsible for issues and problems, or care for their customers. My father and I will never go back to Oasis Hand Car Wash and I urge everyone else to not give this company any more business. No one deserves to be treated with disrespect if an issue to arises.
