My father has been going to Oasis Hand Car Wash for years without incident or problems. However, on Sept. 17th around 10:00am there was a scrape on the bottom passenger bumper. My father asked to speak to a manager, we were told there wasn't a manager on property. We asked for a name and number of a manager to get in contact with. The employees took us into the office to get us the information and to show us video playback. All of a sudden, the owner, KEN SMITH, shows up and stops the employee from finish showing us the video playback. KEN SMITH yells at my father and me that he has no time for us or our problem. He offered to let us walk the property, but he was rude and screaming at my father, ""where could a scrape happen?"" and ""I'm busy, I don't have time for this."" I told KEN SMITH to change his attitude toward us. There is no need for him to speak to us like this and be disrespectful. At this point he asks us to leave the property. His actions are incriminating, and make him appear guilty. It also demonstrates this company does not care for their customers. This is a problem when a company feels they don't need to be responsible for issues and problems, or care for their customers. My father and I will never go back to Oasis Hand Car Wash and I urge everyone else to not give this company any more business. No one deserves to be treated with disrespect if an issue to arises. more

Took my van to dealership for maintenance. Was planning to take it to car wash after as I'm going on a long day trip over the weekend. Not so much interested in outside as inside clean. The dealership sent the van through their exterior only car wash but I was left with super dusty day and console, fingerprinted hazy windows. I'm slightly disable and cannot reach this areas myself. They had one of their employees clean my interior for whatever I gave him in a tip. Wonderful job, wonderful service. Best interior clean for $5 ever! more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! After having my car washed here I drove off and went to plug in my ipod to listen to music. I went into my console to grab it and it was gone. I went back and was informed they would check all the cameras and see who was working on my car. I got a call back this morning from the manager who said there was nothing they could do. Did you even look on the cameras or question anyone????? He said maybe I left it at home?! Except that I was listening to it as I was pulling into the car wash!!! Now I'm out a 200$ ipod and the lowlife that stole it still has a job, so BEWARE of this place. In the very LEAST I hope my post will save someone else from being robbed and feeling violated! These folks really did a nice job on my truck. Including removing road tar and grease from fenders and wheel wells. Also, wiped tire dressing residue from tires as requested so that it wouldn't splash on vehicle. All this for $18. A deal at twice the price. A great value. Will definately rwturn every week while I am working in the Vegas area. Was referred by a friend and would do the same for other friends as well... more

My car requires a hand wash due to after market equipment. This is the best car wash I have ever used. They all but detailed the car in less than 30 minutes for only $19.95. I have never seen such great customer service. We live 80 miles South of LV and will travel there just for this service. Pros: GREAT CARWASH more

OASIS HAND CAR WAS IS THE BEST CAR WASH IN THE VALLEY. THEY DO IT RIGHT OR MAKE IT RIGHT IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GREAT EXPERIENCES THERE. more
