I met Kelsey for the first time on Friday, 2/3/12. She took time to listen to my concerns about my recent hair loss due to a hyper thyroid and to consider the photos of the haircut I was contemplating. She is personally familiar with the hair loss problem and was very empathetic. We proceeded with a hair masque to nourish my dry hair and then the hair cut. I went from a chin length bob to a short, textured pixie. It's fabulous...I love it. It's flattering, makes the most of my hair, it's edgy, stylish, and so much fun. I know I've found my hairstylist. Kelsey is very sweet and thoughtful. I liked her very much and she made my trip to the salon excellent.
