My husband sent me here as a birthday present for a prenatal massage, manicure, and pedicure.
First of all, prenatal massage shouldn't be listed on their website as a service they offer. They don't have a special table to use for it - I was instructed to lie on my back for over half of the massage, a definite no-no for someone in her third trimester of pregnancy. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early, as instructed, and was shown to the massage room after filling out the survey, as the massage therapist had yet to arrive. The pillows I was given to make this a ""prenatal"" massage looked as though they had been pulled off of someone's bed and had never been washed. Gross. 15 sweltering minutes later (evidently the air conditioning wasn't working on a 90+ degree day. The wise solution? Take a loss and cancel appointments. Their solution? Crank up the fans and deal), 10 minutes after my appointment should have started, the massage therapist arrived. Unfortunately, the massage was the best part of the experience.
I received all three services from the same woman, whom I think may never have given a manicure or pedicure before... She put my feet in the tub to soak before filling it with water (which started out cold - yow!), then proceeded to do a clumsy job polishing my nails.
The manicure was by FAR the worst I've ever had - my nails are completely uneven, jagged, and she trimmed my cuticles so poorly that on one finger I now have a new wound. Now I have to go somewhere else and pay to have this terrible terrible job fixed. My nails have never looked so disgusting.
The floor of the spa was also filthy. Hopefully they sweep it more often now.
I highly suggest avoiding this place for any of the services I reviewed.
Pros: Might be good for tanning
Cons: Dirty, poor service, unqualified staff
