Horrible service! The man who I think was the manager there put us on the wait list for an hour. We played some boring games while waiting. Even though he saw us sitting around, he still allowed some new people just walking in to get some lane. So I approached him about the situation and he said he did call us even though he saw 7 of us sitting there as I was staring at him also. In addition, my two other friends came and another worker who was a lady refused to allow one of my friend to play 2 games because she said we wouldnt have time. Then, to end the night, she was supposed to refund about 7 games since we didnt have enough time to play but she stood there and argued with me saying that we did and refused to give me a refund. more

This is my first time bowling at Oasis Bowl and my last! In the league I bowl in one member had their ball severly damanged in the track area which required a ball replacement and it took over two weeks for them to get a new ball which came from another prop shop.......strange......another pro shop gives the bowler a ball because the damage was non repairable and he felt bad that the bowler went through so much crap from Oasis Bowl management! They still have'nt taken care of this problem. As a former PBA member and former general manager of a bowling center I would never treat my customers this way so If they can't take care of their customers any better than this I'll just take my money some place else and would not recommend this center to no one. Happy when this seasons over. I'm outta here!!!!!!!!!! more

We bowl in a league at Oasis Buford and a couple of weeks ago my son's ball was badly damaged in the track by one of their machines. Why this is unfortunate it does happen occassionally and all reputable bowling centers will either fix the damage or in the case of the damage being in the track area will replace the ball. more
