I do not recommend that anyone utilize this service provider. They are slow to arrive and according to my neighbors at the end of the block, the vehicle was speeding and came barreling around the corner of our block at intense speed for a neighborhood street. I have small children as do most of my neighbors and found this to be quite disturbing. Beyond that, the person that came into my house to service my fridge was less than polite and spoke down to me when discussing the problem - presumably because I was a woman. At the end of the maintenance, I was more than happy to see him leave. Another thorn in my side was that a week later the fridge started leaking again and I had to again have it serviced - this time I choose a more reputable provider which led to better results.
Cons: expensive, rude, demeaning
