My air conditioning had major problems, went most of the summer with out it. I liked the pool, but it was always closed down. The grounds are trashed and littered all the time. The doors of the apartments are all diffrent colors. The staff and manager is very rude. Black mold in the apartments bleeding through the walls of touched up paint. Air conditioner leaks and causes a mold problem. Major cocroach problem.
We finally get a caring manager in that spent the time to fix our problems, Ericka was great. The apartments was starting to improve, the place was now a place I wanted to stay. My problems got fixed. The managers at corporate did not like the way Ericka did things so they gave her rpoblems, then Ericka left. Now I am looking for a new place along with many others. Why should we live in a dump with a manager who doesn't care about us? We wanted Ericka and she got stuff done. Now we leave.
This place is horrible! MOLD every where, no one cleans it up. Do not spend your money here. All bills paid at Robinson Gradens for $490 a month for a 3 bedroom. I pay $499 a month for a 2 bedroom, I pay electric. This place offers NOTHING!! And you get NOTHING for your $$$ spent here. Bad choices on management part and dumpy apartments.
Pros: NONE!!! There WAS on site management, now there is NOT!!!!
Cons: Black Mold, safety issues, dumpy appearance
