Oak Floors

I LOVE my "new" floors! I recently hired Oak Floors to refinish all the floors in our house after my sister had used them and had been very happy with her results. I wasn't sorry! My floors were very old and shabby looking. Todd reassured us the urine stains would come out (and they did!) and they would look brand new (and they do!) The process was quick and painless. They came and worked for a day and a half. Each and every room now looks brand new. We are very satisfied. The price was reasonable and the company was easy to work with. They were honest and sure do know what they're doing. Can't say enough good about these guys. You won't be sorry if you use them. more

I was glad to have used their business. It was May 2005. I wanted a nice looking red oak floors. It was nice and shiny (for a while) The shine went away in 1 and half years. I called and asked why they came and looked and hey saw that I was using felt on all the furniture and saw that I was trying my best to keep the floors cleans and not wearing shoes inside. They redid the floors all over again without complaints. They told me to use 10% Vingear and 90% water. I would use them again and tell a friend. more

I recently had my floors refinished by Oak Floors. They look brand new! I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the whole process went. The guys at Oak Floors knew what they were doing. They answered all my questions and did a fantastic job. So glad I did it! more

I bought a home (my first) and it had wood floors under all the colorful carpet the previous owners had. I decided to resurface the floors and have beautiful hardwood flooring throughout my house. I was excited, until I saw the finished pruduct. They left a mess when they were done that I had to clean up, and they didn't fill any of the nail holes (from the carpet?), so I had noticable holes in my floors! THE FLOORS LOOKED GREAT, other than the holes, but I shouldn't have to clean up! I paid around 700.00 for about 600 square feet, so you can get an idea on the cost of there service. I don't think they were that great because of there unprofessional attitudes. When I did call to complain, I was kinda just ignored, and no one ever called me back. more
