We rarely visit Outback Steakhouse because we find them a bit too pricey for our budget. In fact, the last time we were there was Mother's Day 2005 with our entire extended family. The food is very good and portions are large. The staff is mostly friendly and efficient. The last time we visited, they had face painting outside for free (though we did leave a much appreciated tip) as well as a table to play checkers on. The kids enjoyed the distraction while we waited for our tables.
