Coming here for the first time, my expectstions were low. ( The restaurant is located in a small strip mall) I was greeted very warmly by a friendly and personable red-headed american waiter who answered all my questions about japanese food with seemingly uncanny knowledge of the culture. He also spoke fluent Japanese. After taking my sushi order, he proceded to the sushi bar to prepare the fish by himself. In his twenties at most and sporting a yankees baseball hat, the sushi he made for me was by far the best I've ever had. The next time you're in the Factoria area, set aside time for a trip to O. E. She, and ask for Sam!!
Pros: service, food quality, and again, SERVICE !!!!!
Cons: The location
