I paid Nu-Sonic Radio $75.20 (cash only as per company policy) to service my Sony Direct View TV in my home. It couldn't be fixed in home and the chassis was removed and taken to ""the store"" in Hartsdale, NY. I've tried to get info on the progress of repair and for 3 weeks been told the same thing ... the technician is working on it"". This morning I contacted them and was eventually hung up on when I asked too many questions.\r
This is a sketchy company and urge consumers to avoid them.\r
I've contacted Sony directly to check on this company and on my TV.
