Although the customer service was good, the product & installation were horrible. The technicians that came out to change my windshield broke my rear view mirror and tried to hide it with flimsy rubber cement. After the 3rd time of my mirror falling off, they agreed to replace it.\r
Within 3 weeks of getting my new windshield, I noticed a rock chip fracture forming and shrugged it off as ""hey, it happens"" and had it fixed. Within 2 months, I saw another (longer) break in a different section of the glass. This generally doesn't occur with a QUALITY windshield.\r
The funny thing is, I was charged twice as much as the standard going rate because I was suckered with the ""you only have to pay $100 of your deductible"" line.\r
