Noshi Sushi is another one of the little, less-well-known sushi bars in Los Angeles. Although there is a 3-roll minimum per person at the bar, it's definitely a sweet deal. The sushi, though not terribly fancy or creative, sticks to the traditional and does it well. The fish is fresh, the prices are great, and the sushis are well-packed to fill you up on a nice, low budget. There have been recent complaints, though, about product quality, though I have yet to experience any doubts towards the freshness of the fish.
