Don't listen to anything the salesman tells you about their "comfort guarantee". They will tell you one thing and their warranty says the opposite, but when you question it they always say "that's what it says", when it clearly doesn't. The Production Manager Paul P. is a HORRIBLE manager/customer relations person. The bed we got sagged in the middle - from the first day we got it. And you could only tell by laying on it. They said they would fix it, but when I tried to force them to put it in writing for future, Paul P. told me to get out of his store and never come back.
Everyone who has had bad dealings with them needs to submit a complaint to the BBB - no matter how long ago it was. The only way to prevent others from being taken by them, is to submit complaints to the BBB.
