Very poor experiences with various doctors at this practice. Moved to town recently and chose them because of location and although they asked for a copy of our child's history we were told they don't look at it. After a series of illnesses we had to ask them to look at what the previous doctors had done to help. The doctors were condescending and didn't listen to our opinions. Really poor bed side manner, the nurse was business-like and doesn't belong in a pediatrician's office. Often times the nurse would give us different information than the doctor like they weren't communicating with each other. We were often given the same instructions even though we had informed them that these didn't work for us. Frustrating having to explain over and over because the left hand doesn't talk to the right. Waiting room is stagnant We were told to come in at a certain time and left to wait 40 minutes with a child that doesn't feel well! We felt like it was what they wanted to do, not what was necessarily important for our child. We will NOT be going back! more

I've paged these doctors, and arranged many a last minute sick visit. The doctors are all very good with kids and very nice people. The waiting area is quite large and has a large separate sick child waiting area. The nurses are quite friendly. And the people at the front desk are very nice, polite, competent people. Pros: Great doctors, flexible appts, interesting decor, large waiting area, pharmacy next door, open saturdays Cons: sometimes traffic can be bad at rush hour more
