The check engine light came on this morning! Don't know why, you just worked on it and checked my engine out!

Customer Service and a Great Product 3/19/2014

It's a bit early to review the quality of craftsmanship as I've only put a few miles on the rebuilt engine installed at Northampton Auto. However, my truck is driving great and I feel confident the vehicle will remain problem free. These gentlemen are efficient and very knowledgeable. They always answer the phone and any and all questions. It seems they devote the same amount of care as if they were working on their own vehicle. They have earned a life-long customer and referral source. Thanks guys! more

Good service, helpful advice 2/27/2014

I recently had work done on my car's throttle and fuel injectors, and when I mentioned that there were certain parts of the tune up that I could do myself, they respected this and even offered advice as to which parts to use. more

Recall research 2/25/2014

Felt like we were treated very fair. Took the time to research the problem and gave us the proper information to have car fixed on a recall at no cost to us. Not many repair places would of done this, earned my business but more importantly earned my respect. more

Convenient Location and Helful Staff 12/29/2013

I have used Northampton Automotive many times and I have never had a negative experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I am always given several options to choose from. They never try to sell you upgrades that you really don't need and the job is always performed correctly the first time. I can say I don't usually trust mechanics, but Matt is a man you can truly trust. Thanks for a great job!!! more

One thing I like about NHA is that I can ask them to inspect something on the vehicle that is suspect and they will never do a service unless it is necessary. I value their honesty. more

Really Convenient 12/21/2013

I had a really great experience here it was my first time and they took care of everything really well and even did a little extra repairs on my car i didn't expect, the whole process went really fast even though they told me they were super busy, I will definitely go back if my car has any future problems. more
