I brought a motor in for repair and was told that they could find parts and fix almost anything on a fairly new motor. I questioned George (the counter guy) and he said that the manufacturer of my motor, Marathon Electric was still in business and they have gotten parts from them before. This was a Delta Table saw motor that was no longer available by Delta. It had a special mounting bracket, so an of the shelf motor was going to require a time consuming retrofitting. Dam the expense; I needed it yesterday so I told them to fix this one ASAP. A month later I had to beg them just to have a look at it and find out how much it would cost to fix it. I'm a contractor and these guys are costing me work!!
BOTTOM LINE HERE IS , THEY JERKED ME AROUND FOR A MONTH AND MADE ME BEG , THEY COULDN'T FIX IT OR EVEN FIGURE OUT THE WIRE DIAGRAM.
