A coworker of mine once went through a dental horror story of massive surgery spread across multiple sessions. More than once, he would be prepped for surgery, only to have almost no work done on him because of scheduling conflicts. While that seems pretty unacceptable to me, it didn't seem to bother him. Fortunately, there's no way I could conceive of that happening here. The staff is extremely nice and it's obvious they care about your comfort. They offer good advice, and they can back it up with more than "well, it'll just be better that way."
