Our family had a very difficult sale with very little time to complete the closing. Our escrow officer was very professional, she took so much time with us and our buyers and walked us through with ease. Some unexpected events came up but that never threw her. She went over and above the service we expected. Her assistant was terrific and very helpful. The escrow closed on time and the fees were very fair. In fact, we called a half dozen escrow companies and North Orange County had the best fees. We will recommend this company again.
