Beware! Today was my sons 17th birthday .we had planned to meet Bruce at 10 15 at Lodi motor vehicle to practice parallel parking before his 11 15 driving test. He never showed up!! I have a SUV with no break in the middle of the seats so we did not have a car for Connor to take the test in. I ended up paying some random driving school 50 bucks to let Connor borrow his car. Thankfully Connor passed his test! As for Bruce at north jersey driving school shame on you !! You are unfit and should be ashamed of yourself!!!! These poor kids rely on you. more

After having a very unpleasant experience learning at Kearny's ""Jersey Driving School"" with a mumbling instructor I could barely understand, I earned my license, but without the confidence to continue driving afterward. Two years later, I decided to give this ""North Jersey Driving School"" a chance and was very happy with the services provided. There were no scheduling issues. Bruce was very calm, friendly, and easy to understand. While driving, he provided constant helpful tips. I feel much more comfortable behind the wheel now. I learned more in two hours here than with the six at Kearny. Recommended. more

I was a bit nervous after reading a negative review but decided anyway to try No.Jersey Driving School. After several conversations with Lisa in their office I felt this was the right choice. The lessons were for my 17 year old son and since I'm a backseat driver I wanted a professional to teach him. Cliff was his instructor and he was on time each visit, very friendly & professional and put my Son at ease behind the wheel. Each week I saw the confidence grow and knew that I made the right decision. Never had a scheduling problem as the other review stated and had a totally different experience. I plan on calling back for them to take my Son for his road test. Very Satisfied Customer. May I also mention I had several phone conversations with Bruce the owner and found him to be very pleasant and accomodating as well. Hope they read this !!! We have serviced estimated 50, 000 students over the past 10 years with little more than a handfull of unhappy customers. Of course we would love to have 50,000 happy customers ... but you cannot please everyone. We offer 3 professional licensed patient instructors to service all your needs. From the basic beginner thru getting your driver license (with a 95% success rate). However, we do not offer FAST service and some will complain that they must wait their turn. Usually our waiting list is 2 weeks. It is only fair for all students to be treated equally and no 1 student is more important than others .. and so no 1 student will be put at the top of our waiting list. We provide professional-patient-quality instruction .... we are NOT a McDonalds type driving school. They're quick to take your $$, but when it comes to scheduling, very unaccommodating. Impossible to get on phone. Looks like only one person gives lessons and makes appointments. After waiting three weeks for an appointment for 6 hrs. required driving instruction, cancelled by instructor 2 days before scheduled time. You get what you pay for!!! Cons: Unreliable more
