I am a priority club member but I was very unhappy with my resent stay at the Baltimor Hotel. It wasn't just one thing but a series of them starting with check in. They had my reservations wrong and I had to be relocated. and never a I am sorry or explanation. They had a fire alarm and never avised people to return to there rooms or what the problem was. And again no I am sorry or explanation. The next mornning no hot water in the bathroom. When I called the desk they acted like there was no problem and again no I am sorry or explanation. Later no one called to see if the problem was taken care of. I had to call to see what the problem but again no I am sorry or explanation. On check out no thank you or any communication at all. Yes I did get a small reduction in the bill but I would have prefered a real I am sorry and a good explanation. I can not recomend a stay at the Crowne Plaza to anyone.
