I was so satisfied with NorthStar Moving that I had them move us twice. Once from Los Angeles to Santa Monica ,and from Santa Monica to our current location in Westlake Village. They were on time, courteous, and fast. BrainForest Digital is and animation company and we have a lot of expensive and delicate computer equipment. The first time i hired professional movers, it turned out to be a disaster; Late (of course), slow and not very friendly. The second time i moved was less than a year after the move in. This time i really wanted to experience a good move. so i did some research. Northstar Moving came in first at "Better Buisness Beauro" ratings! No wonder! the crew showd up promptly, all wearing uniforms, clean, shaved and ready to work. Personally, what impressed me the most is not only that they were quick, polite and extremely professionals but that their first concern was me and my needs. Well, I have finally gotten settled here in Las Vegas after what seems like forever unpacking boxes. Your company did an outstanding job of packing and moving my things. Quite frankly, I was expecting some things to be broken. However, to my surprise not one thing was broken and everything went as smooth as could be expected. As you might recall I had approximately 15,000 lbs of items to move. I am very impressed with your organization and I would not hesitate to utilize you again for my next move. I was so pleased with the services NorthStar provided for me last month (December 2006) and particularly with the 3 man work crew! They were very professional and got to work immediately upon arrival at my home. Druing our free esitmate, you instilled such confidence in us with respect to your company's abilities we did not even get other bids. Our confidence was more that warranted after Roy, the foreman during our move, replied, "Whatever you want!" when I asked him about moving certain objects. Those words were like music to my ears after all the other confusion and inexpertise I experienced in other areas of our move! First off, your salesman, Ted Tindall was not only very professional; but at the same time very comforting to me at a time that was so very stressful. At our age, my husband and myself was not looking forward to moving. Ted helped me with all my questions and concerns without pushing me to choose your firm. I do not like to be pushed into a decision and Ted gave me the right questions to ask when I called other moving companies. So, Ted wsa the real reason I initially chose North Star, the other companies were too pushy and did not fully explain their prices. Now we get to your employee, Roy Ashual. We could not believe how efficient, organized and what a hard worker he was on our moving day! As soon as he showed up, he made us feel so at ease with this move. I was actually getting tired watching him work so hard. After we were moved in that evening, I cooked supper for the 2 young men, nothing fancy, but I wanted to show my appreciation.
