Thank-you to North County Animal Hospital for the great care of our boxer, CJ. It is challenging when you are away from home to know the right specialist to turn to when your family member is not well. We showed up New Year's Eve unannounced and prayed a veterinarian would be available. We were in luck, and seen right away. From the moment we met the staff and eventually Dr. Barretta we experienced compassionate, attentive treatment, an honest diagnosis, without a hefty price tag. I highly recommend North County Animal Hospital! more

We were new to the area and found this vet by chance. Dr. Baretta has been so fantastic with our dogs. Our rat terrier has colitis and she has always been available to talk to about options to help him keep comfortable during flair ups. We are so grateful we found her. more

NCAH is the best! Dr. Bell & Dr. Baretta are great with animals AND people. I bring all 5 of my dogs and kitties here. I really appreciate their work with local rescues and spay/neuter campaigns also. :) more

I love the doctor, and didn't know we needed to make an appt, we just walked in and they worked us into the clinic with no problem, very kind and gentle souls work here, you can feel it in their attitude. Thank you for seeing my babies. more

Squeezed me into their schedule b/c I was scared for what tumors might have been. Dr. Bell spent a lot of time, examined both my dogs, was very informative and addressed my concerns. My dog Keiki was diagnosed with Valley Fever in January 2014 Dr Bell diagnosed before blood results showed positive for Valley Fever. Dr Barretta & Dr Bell have watch her progress as she has been recovering. I am so pleased in the professionalism of these 2 doctors and their help in keeping Keiki alive. Thank you so much! more

North County Animal Hospital 1/6/2009

We take our 8 year old female chow mix to No. County Animal Hospital. They are very kind, and they send reminders in the mail of what checkups/shots/tests our dog needs to have done. They also do a lot of work with a local shelter that I used to volunteer for. more
