North Bay Automotive has worked on my cars three times. Ron is very responsive and always calls me back right away. Whenever I take my car in he'll walk me through what needs to be done and he's honest and doesn't try to sell me extras. I've compared prices and they're in the ball park of other shops, not too high, and maybe at times even on the low end. Also, the final price is always the same as the price quoted to me so there's never any surprises. Ron is a reliable person, he's on time and my car is always clean, there's never any smudges or grease marks on it when I get it back. I totally respect him and the way he operates his business. more

North Bay Automotive replaced my unit, which included the air conditioner and heater. It fits in my dash board and controls the heating and air. He also replaced another valve that was leaking in the air conditioner and recharged the air conditioner system because it wasn't working properly. He explained to me exactly what the problem could be. He explained how everything operates and checked it all out before he did the repair. I was satisfied with his explanation, so I let him do the work. Now everything is working fine. He is a good professional, and he knows his business. more
