Our local elementary school has a rigorous curriculum, combined with caring and dedicated individuals. My children grew up in that school and are now in Middle School and Senior High. On the surface it looks like everyone has their best foot forward, but it is only when you get to know the teachers and staff, and work with them on projects or plans that you truly know how dedicated many of them are. There are many nights and weekends that the staff logs in twilight hours. Work that is planned at home and implemented in the classroom. Kudos to the diligent staff at Trimmer Elementary. more

N.A. Trimmer Elementary School in the West York Area School District offers students in 2nd through 5th grade an awesome learning experience. The dedicated faculty, support staff and administration place top priority on the education and welfare of all students! Curriculum is rigorous and relative to the world we live in, and will prepare the students for a bright future. A strong parent support system is alive and well and they offer wonderful programs and support for faculty, staff and students alike. If you're planning a move in the future within the county - West York School District is the place to be! Go Bulldogs! more

Norman A. Trimmer Elementary School 8/11/2005

The Norman A. Trimmer Elementary School has classes for second through fifth grade and is a large contemporary brick facility. The school is well kept and the curriculum current and updated. The support staff is always helpful and friendly and the teachers first class. If you are considering moving to a new location this school district is a great one. more
