I went there last night to buy a game for my Xbox 360. It was about $40 and once I got home I took it out of the case and I didn't hear it load at all. I take a closer look at it and see that it's damaged on the inside with an "N" scratched below. I went back up there and the clerk tell me that I can't get a refund because the manager isn't around.
So I went up there again today and was accused of damaging the game myself by the manager. Not to mention he gets an attitude with me while I remain calm. I refused to take store credit because I simply wanted my cash back. Now I take extremely good care of my games, such good care that my very first game for 360 that I bought 2 years ago, still looks like new. Not to mention that I recently bought a extra console for friends to play online.
***LASTLY I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM NORD VIDEO. THE PRICES MAY BE LOWER THAN WHAT YOU'D FIND IN BEST BUY OR OTHER STORES BUT THE QUALITY OF ANYTHING THEY HAVE LOOKS LIKE A SEMI ROLLED OVER IT. AND I HOPE THE MANAGER READS THIS BECAUSE YOU RUN A HORRIBLE STORE AND I HOPE YOU GET SHUT DOWN. HAVE FUN WITH B B B SOON LMAO***
