Hands down the worst salon experience I've ever had. After losing long-term stylist to a move, went to Nora's after hearing positive reviews. At first appointment, showed stylist a picture of MYSELF with how I always wear my hair. Stylist kept commenting on how thick my hair was but she never took action to thin it. Looked ok how she styled it (which is not how I do it nor how it is styled in picture of myself shown). Washed it out next day and could not style it in manner desired. Called and asked for re-do to have it thinned. On return, stylist asked if I was happy with the cut. I said ""no"" the layers are longer than I like. She offered to fix it but I said ""No I only want it thinned with thinning shears today"". She thinned a bit with shears then proceeded to grabe a huge portion of my hair, I saw scissors in her hand and yelled ""NO"" but by then she had cut a HUGE chunck off my top layer. After telling her she butchered my hair and getting up and walking out, I contacted the salon owner via email with my extreme dissatisfaction and never heard back even though I told manager my hair now looked like a child cutting a doll's head with blunt scissors.. I would NEVER recommend this establishment after such a negative experience!\r
