My children has been at the dwntwn location for 2 years and for awhile everything has been fine. Lately my son was letting me know how much he hated the daycare but I didn't pay it any mine because I thought the daycare was fantastic but unfortunately I was wrong! The reason my son hated because, some daycare providers at the facility were too bossy and my son said they always were letting children (including mine) that they were disgusting, annoying and triflin! Come on! Children are going to dig up there noses or sing songs...whatever it is that is not right they are supposed to be respected as well as I taught my son to respect them as well. Now they have had recent problems out of my son because he said that he can't take it anymore which I let him know that you still do not disrespect adults but at the same time they can't tell me why they would think his persona toward them had changed. Look my child does not disrespect at home or school but he does get in trouble from time to time I am sure but not where he reports to the principals office. All I am saying is that childcare providers are there to care for our children not lower their self-esteems....To the other providers there...you are fantastic and my children love please keep it up! But to the others you are well qualified but lazy and childish!

Cons: most of the providers do they job and love the children
