We have been in business since 1964. We constantly win awards from The Plain Dealer, Cleveland Magazine, Scene Magazine. Literally thousands of people come through our doors each and every day to dine and be entertained. Arguably, we are among the top ten restaurant/clubs in town just on visibility alone.
With that kind of visibility and reputation to maintain, we would be utter fools to take food safety in any way other than very, very seriously.
We get surprise inspections by the Health Department and our inspection report is available for anyone to see.
We know, perhaps better than most home chefs, how dangerous it is to mix meat, poultry and vegetables. To that end, color-coded cutting boards are just one way we ensure food safety.
