My experience was average 8/19/2005

First off, they were pretty efficient and answered all of my phone calls accordingly. The work got done and looked pretty good, just needed a little bit of touching up, but I managed to get them to do that, so i was happy there. Now, i have a great floor to show off to my friends, so I am happy about that! more

Frequently late, poor work, didn't call when unable to show up 8/12/2005

These guys were sent to my house to install a bamboo floor and install sheetrock in my kitchen after I went through Quality Carpet and Flooring (see my review on them as well). They were frequently late, or would just not show up to the job when they promised they'd be there (and I had taken the day off work to be at the house with them) without calling me to let me know. They came up with all kinds of excuses, and when the work was done, it was done poorly. I could see the joints in the sheetrock, the floor was uneven, and the mud was messy. I would avoid these guys like the black plague. more
