I booked a NON-smoking room from the hotel's website. I recieved a confirmation letter in the mail a few days later stating that I was confirmed for a SMOKING room. Thinking this was a mistake, I called to hotel to clerify. The person who answered the phone, ""Jeff"" stated that there were no NON-Smoking rooms ever available and I could just ""take it or leave it"". When I told him that I would like to cancel my reservation, he became very rude and refused to do so. He said that I could just go cancel it online like I booked it. I asked to speak to his boss, which also refused. He then became completely rude, called me a F***ing B***h and hung up on me. I don't know if the owners of the hotel know that their empolyees are speaking to thier customers this way, but he did feel completely free to do so. Good luck if you decide to stay at this hotel!
