I have been going to New Reflections for my brow waxes for over a year now. I highly, highly reccomend Molly. She is by far the best estician I have ever gone to! They have the best employees in town, and don't know how to treat them! The massages are awesome, and the waxing is perfect! The hair team is wonderful, and they know exactly what they are doing, it's to bad management can't see what a good team they have! Cons: environment more

Well from the first time i called in to book my appt, i know this was going to be different. 1st off when i called to schedule my bikini wax i was greeted with a gentleman's voice, which in a spa just seemed a little odd, but he was very polite and professional and got my services all scheduled in a timely manner. My 2nd impression was as i walked in and nearly tripped over all of the retail right in front of the door, that could really go. But then again i was promptly greeted by a really cute guy that was able to direct me where to check in and then escorted back to the spa where i was to wait for my services, you know most places tend to point and say ""back through there"". He was very professional with showing me where to go and then offering a cup of coffee, which turned out to be not so tasty. While waiting for my services in the spa, i got to relax next to this really cool but odd fish tank that just calmed my nerves and helped set the mood. Within 5 mins i was greeted by Kelly for my wax and facial, which by the way was awesome!! top notch girl she is. After the service Kelly directed me back to the front where she helped me pick up some products. As i was paying for my stuff, i started thinking about my hair and asked the cute guy if there were any stylists available to talk to me about my hair. He said to give him a min and he would go check. Never in all the salons that ive been to has some many of the employees been so nice to drop what they are doing to help a customer out. After a quick chat with Amy about my hair i was ready to just open my purse and say take my money, she was great and gave me a lot of good ideas about my hair and then even helped my book the haircut at the desk and then sent me on my way. Overall, WOW! this place is top notch, people helping me at every part, no one leaving me to wonder aimlessly. Good prices for the results, may need to re-think the cheap coffee and who doesn't offer any juice or cold beverages? more

Well, as a recent transplant to MSP, i had to find a new salon/spa to go. Luckily my old stylist recommended NewReflections b/c of the reputation they have and the fact they have been around for like 26 years. From the time i called to schedule my hair appointment with Kristina, to the rockin cut and color she did i was amazed at how great it was. And it doesnt stop at hair, i am able to go in and get my nails done with Jenna or Jennifer and then have compliments everywhere i go. Overall, i was very afraid to lose my old salonspa, but NewReflections was by far the best place to replace them. It will be a very sad day, when i move from MSP and have to leave New Reflections, but im sure they will help me in finding another great place to go to. The place was beautiful and smelled GREAT! My stylist was very warm and friendly, and offered me a big cup of Aveda tea and a scalp massage prior to having one of the greatest haircuts I've ever gotten. Afterward, she even did a complimentary makeup touch-up. I was really relaxed the whole time, my stylist did a great job, and I left looking and feeling great! I also got a pedicure there and had very relaxing experience, and my toes look beautiful! Can't wait to go back to try the spa! The place is nice, I was not offered water or anything upon my arrival. I was taken 10 minutes late for my manicure appointment. My manicurist was rude and short with me. She didn't hardly look at me. I had to get up and get my own coat, and get my purse with wet nails. She actually gave me a nice manicure, but she did not offer to help me with my things, and she acted as though I was inconveniencing her. I was very dissapointed with her attitude because she gave a great manicure. I guess I will drive the extra 30 minutes to get a manicure at a place where I feel I am wanted in the technician's chair. I am not hard to please, but I would not recommend New Reflections to anyone else. I would rather have a sub-par manicure with a pleasant technician.
