New China Super Buffet only gets three stars in my book. Their food selection in not consistent. For instance, the first time we went there, the food was decent. Some weren't fresh, but that's understandable because they were almost closing. (But then again, is it? I paid the same amount of money as someone who got the newly prepared entrees. ) Regardless, the waitress was great at refilling our drinks. So we go there a second time, this time, everything was superb! The buffet selection consited of sushi, General Tso's Chicken, Fried Shrimp... lots of great food, to sum it up. After this visit, we thought it wasn't so bad after all. On Father's Day, we decided to visit again because our #1 choice restaurant was too busy. It was sad once again. The selection was just like our first visit. It seemed like the food has been sitting around for awhile. They also didn't have the selection that they had on my second visit. The waitresses were also slow at refilling the drinks. The highlight of our visit was the PHO. This is something that everone should try. The soup was a five star!! If you decide to go here, you might want to call ahead to see if they're serving what you want to eat that day... some days it's there, some days it's not.
