I've been looking for the one-stop shopping medical experience for a long time; I can't understand why more doctors don't set up their offices this way. But here I made an appointment with the derm for a little splotch on my skin that according to that ABCD thing could have been melanoma, and I feel like I won the the M.D. jackpot. First, not one but two derms looked at my splotch and pronounced it benign, then the head doctor, Dr. Colbert, talked to me about cancer screenings and, when I asked, cosmetic treatments. He told me I didn't need Botox (yet) but could keep my skin younger for longer with regular light peels and of course the cancer chekups. Then he recommended I see their nutritionist if I wanted to know how to do eat to save my skin. In her office, I noticed a sign saying they had an internist, so I signed up to see him. Extremely nice and proficient doc too. So now I don't have to schlep all over town to see different types of doctors. I'm rating them down one-tenth of one percent for not being too swift about getting you 'in the room', but hey, who in this town is. At least there you wait in style. Very cool concept, overall.
