Good: They had a great sale, and good selection of clothes.. Bad: The customer service was BELOW poor. Who I assume was the manager was on an obvious personal call behind the register, while one sales associate was left to handle an extremely long line of customers waiting to check out. The manager was very aware of the long line and amount of people in the store... and right in front of us, continued her conversation telling the other person how busy the store is, etc. finally about 4 people finished at the cash register later, I put all of my items back, I will NEVER. Improvements: Possibly better judgement in employee's. Other: Try Winston Salem OR the Friendly Center (great experience there!).
