I have taken only one item here so far. I took a pair of expensive pants to get hemmed. I thought they did a good job, until I tried to wear them to work and realized only one pant leg was hemmed! The other one was just folded over and ironed. I took it back and all they could do was say sorry and hem the other leg. It was annoying that I even had to drive back there. It seems pretty ridiculous to charge $19 to get your pants hemmed and have them only hem one leg! It's just sloppy. They did do a good job on that one leg though...
Pros: Excellect work
Cons: Job not done correctly the first time.
