I took my car to Land Rover, they gave them the car. They never called my insurance company to get it approved. The insurance company is not paying. They finished the car today...

SCAMMERS. RUN FROM THEM 9/30/2011

I took my car to Land Rover, they gave them the car. They never called my insurance company to get it approved. The insurance company is not paying. They finished the car today. They increased the price from the original estimate of $1400 to $2000 and said if I don't pay today. They will put the car for lien sale today by 5pm. I have a nice car, a Land Rover and they are trying to keep my car for a scratched bumper??? NEVER EVER USE THEM, I WARNED YOU! more

repair body damage to newer model vehicles 9/20/2009

this place gave a me reasonable quote for my newer model sedan. I decided to go with them and after all the work was done i was very happy with the results. the work was done relativity quickly and there where no surprises which was nice. sometimes u never know who your dealing with in this industry but these guys seem legit. more

the best auto body shop in LA hands down! 5/12/2009

I have been using CitySearch for over 2 years to find out about restaurants and businesses but I've never had an account to write reviews. My experience with Network and all the people who work there(Ralph, Anthony etc..) was amazing and I had to share it with anyone who is looking for an auto body shop. I have a pimp car, it's a Rolls Royce 1989 with only 46k miles on it, so when I needed to get work done on it, I called every shop that CitySearch had good reviews and basically interviewed them to make sure they seem legit. When I called Network, I could tell from their confidence and experience working on high end cars that they were the best shop for the job. I took my car in and they told me they had a great rapport with my insurance company, sure enough they got them to approve to pay for all the damages! If anyone has a high end car and their looking for the best service and good people who know what their actually talking about, take your car to Network Auto Body! Pros: the best auto body shop in LA! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Cons: sorry but there are non unless you dont live close by more

BUYER BEWARE! 4/18/2009

Did not complete repairs as promised. Concerned more about how much money can be extracted from you and your insurance company than customer service. Do not return phone calls. They withhold information from the customer regarding repairs and deadlines in an effort to mislead customer. They will not reconnect your radio or alarm after they are disconnected by repair staff. Left unsatisfied with repairs and a nonfunctioning radio. Pros: Location Cons: Left unsatisfied with a car that was in worse condition. more

Highly recommended Auto Body Shop 1/2/2009

I got rear-ended downtown last December (07) and did some research on-line to figure out where I was going to take my car. I wound up going with Network Auto Body. The place was clean. The customer service was some of the best I've received anywhere in LA (restaurants, retail, etc.) and my car was fixed up quickly and neatly. Six months later I swerved in the grove parking complex to avoid an SUV that never even saw me (driver was changing lanes on a cell phone) and scraped up passenger side, I took it back in to NAB and the service and work were as I remembered them. I don't know about classics or anything. My car isn't one, but it is in pristine condition thanks to their help. That's not to say they don't know about classics. Maybe they do? My experience didn't require them to. Pros: Customer Service Cons: I really don't have anything to write here. more
