Nelly's Restaurant

Nelly's is my favorite go-to option on Grubhub. Love all the special FAT sandwiches along with terrific pizza. Always open and delivery is usually 30-45 min wait. Sometimes pizza is a little inconsistent but they make up for it in other ways. more

Very frequent customer at Nelly's. They mess my food up frequently, but it's usually no biggie. But tonight they messed up my sandwich and won't swap it out. Good food, just wish they had their act a bit more together. more

Normally, I love this place. But this time, I'm boycotting them for a while. I ordered the Nelly's sub (you should think they would know what is in that), which consists of turkey, bacon, provolone cheese, and cole slaw. All my sub was missing was...the turkey and bacon. Instead , I had myself a cole slaw and cheese sandwich. FAIL. more

I ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery. One for me and one for a friend. My friend's came fine as it had no additional instructions. I ordered mine without mayonnaise or ketchup and it came with both. Upon calling them to get them to fix it, I was offered for them to make me another sandwich but I'd have to drive there to pick it up. That is not how you fix it. I shouldn't have to take my time to fix a problem they caused. One that I paid for. After attempting to reason with the man on the phone (either a manager or owner, second person I was talking on the phone with) he offered for me to come in the next day (again, on my own time) with the sandwich uneaten (I really hope he wasn't planning on using it to serve to someone that day) in order to get a refund. No apology either. From 95% of restaurants, if they screw up they fix it on their time. They send out the driver with a fixed order. Sometimes if they really want to make things right they throw in a free something. Not Nelly's. more
