I have been renting from these guys for 6/4/2012

I have been renting from these guys for 2 years now and I have had no complaints. Alicia in the office is amazing and is willing to help you out in any way she can. The two maintenance guys that I have met have been really nice and helpful. One even gave me his personal number so I could call him directly if I had a problem any time of the day. They are flexible with your payment and have always been very respectful and genuine to me. Their renting rates are reasonably priced, especially for students and small families. I would totally recommend these guys to anyone needing a place. more

Don't trust these people........ 1/31/2012

If these people are owned by a & b storage do not trust them. They held an auction that was staged on 1/26/12. They would have to be pretty horrible people to stage a bunch of heavily damaged furniture and guns in storage lockers to bring top dollar. If they will steal in broad daylight, just imagine what they will do to you. more

I think a lot of these reviews are fake 9/2/2011

I'm pretty sure this string of reviews are created by Neblett staff. I lived in their apartments on Collins St a couple of years ago and it was AWFUL. The apartment they showed us was NOT the apartment we moved into - the apartment we moved into was falling apart at the seams (broken stair rails, bad water damage, no one had cleaned the place before we moved in, etc). It took them a month of repeated requests to send someone out to do repairs, and then another month to actually finish doing them. Well. They never actually fixed everything, or even close to everything. DO NOT RENT from these people. Those oldest two reviews are right. It's NOT a good place to rent. more

Great Experience 7/11/2011

Very Good Company: I have rented from them for a year and have had a great experience. They worked with me on the deposit, rent was affordable, and their was a good selesction of properties. I had to call maintenance twice and someone was there and it was fixed quickly. Very curteous staff and helpful too! more

Awesome Mgmt. 7/7/2011

This Mgmt cmpany, did a graet job getting my sister in a place with no problem. She moved from Oklahoma City, I also have rented from them for several years & my expirence with Mike Neblett has always been good. Any time that I call to get something fixed, it gets done!!!! more

Neblett Properties is an excellent company to do business with. Mr. Mike is very caring and considerate. He does his very best to make sure that all problems are taken care of. He listens and takes action as soon as humanly possible. Employees are hard working, honest and responsible. more

I rented a townhome for over two years from Neblet Property managment and everytime I had a problem service was promt and efficent. Loved the company and the employees and I would definatly refer to anyone looking to rent. more

Pleasant Staff 6/14/2011

I don't understand why there is so much negativity towards Neblett. I have lived in a house managed by him in Denton for over 5 years now, and I have never had an issue. Last winter our heat went out during Christmas break and someone was there to fix it that same day. The people that work at the office now are pleasent to deal with, and I would refer anyone to rent from him! more

Made it a great stay 5/24/2011

On a positive note i wanted to let you know how much i appreciated your professionalism and kindness during our stay at the Carroll Court. We knew when we moved in it would not be a long stay. However, you made our stay there very pleasant. Its a great complex for temporary home. i wish you all the best in the future and you can be assured if we ever hear of anyone needing a temporary home in Denton we will recommend you. more

Timely service 5/20/2011

So i've read a few of the reviews they have listed and im not sure what the circumstances where that lead to the bad reviews, i just know that my wife and i along with our children recently moved into a home managed by neblett and not only did they have the house ready when they said they would, we had a couple things that needed some attention once we moved in and the repair men were out to take of them in less than an hour both the men were nice and didnt waste time taking care of the problem so not only were they quick and efficiant they came out on a sunday evening at dinner time at that a didnt complain so as far as im concerned they're A-1 to me Pros: Timely service more

No Maintenance On Apartments 3/20/2010

Do NOT rent ANY apartment managed by Neblett Property Management! Maintenance service is never provided. They just let the buildings fall further and further into disrepair. The office staff takes your serivce requests and then lies about why no repairman ever shows up. They don't even try to correct problems. Pros: some apartments are close to campus Cons: very poor maintenance; office staff lies to you more

Total Incompetence by Neblett Properties 9/23/2006

I would recommend avoiding Neblett Property Management at all costs. They are extremely slow in making repairs and they don't really seem to care all that much about the needs of their tenants. Additionally, this is hands-down the most disorganized company that I've ever had to deal with. They are constantly misplacing things (rent checks, maintenance requests, etc.) and their office receptionist is unbelievably rude. Whatever your dealings with them, BE SURE TO GET THINGS IN WRITING so that they can't try to make you pay a bunch of unnecessary charges later. I cannot emphasize this enough. It is also very difficult to get a hold of them. About half the times that I've tried to call them during regular business hours, the phone has just rang and rang with no answer. I don't understand how such an incompetent company has managed to stay in business for so long. Pros: cheaper-than-average rent Cons: disorganized, unprofessional, unresponsive more
