We bought 5 polo shirts from Nautica Of San Marcos (inside Tanger outlet) at 10/24/2010. We requested additional bag because it looks way too crowded for cashier to squeezed 5 shirts inside one small carry-on bag. The cashier told us that's store policy - one transaction can have one bag. But he politely suggested we ask store manager's approval for addtional bag. So we did, surprisingly, this female store manager immediately just said 'NO' in a very rude tone. So my husband politely told her we, as customers, can always return these shirts to have 5 transactions for 5 bags. But we won't do that! Because that will waste your valuable time. If we, as customers, is willing to be considerate, Why can't you be just considerate, give us one more bag? Please note: at this point, getting additional bag is NOT our point any longer. We just feel this store manager should learn to see things from customer's perspective. However, she surprised us even more .. she just said "" yes, you could do that, but stil no' then she quickly walked away. We don't know if she is upset or .... she just left us stand up there. We never experienced this kind of rude attitude, especially from a store manager. Guess what? we saw she was just joking around with other salesmen after she quickly walked away from us. we honestly think this manager's customer service skill needs to be polished.
We like Nautica but we will never go back to that store again!
