I went into Nationwide for some furniture because I received a flyer that was advertising good looking furniture on sale--for what seemed a great price. After the transaction was complete, they told me my furniture would have to be ordered. I waited two weeks for the order to arrive, and when it did they called me in to pickup. The merchandise was not what I ordered at all. I gave them another chance to get it right, and after another two weeks, I got the wrong furniture again.
Got a full refund, but no furniture to use!
