Not a good experiance at all!!! This was my first experiance with having my own insurance and they ruined it! Just canceled my policy with no notice, didn't know until a week later, when I got a refund check saying the reason being is that my policy was canceled and then it was a weekend so I couldn't get a hold of anyone at the office and the ""1-800"" number was useless! I am just glad I figured this out before I got married and had kids and had all my insurance matters covered through them!
