I went to this place because of a few good reviews. ordered a fair amount of food ranging from rolls to sashimi. (soft shell crab, rainbow roll, yellowtail sashimi, fatty tuna sashimi, salmon sashimi).
The food wasn't that great. Nothing was spectacular but nothing worth being upset about at the time. The waitress mistook our order and gave us (and charged us) double of a few items we requested 1 order of.
That night when i went home, i threw up so hard i thought my eyes were going to pop out of their sockets. All night, all day. AND i had an interview the next day. Needless to say, i was very unhappy with it. I knew it didn't look as fresh as other places i had been to, but never expected it to be this bad.
I called to let them know what happened and basically to warn them that the batch of fish might be unfresh hoping that no one else would suffer the same fate as i did. I didn't want or ask for any kind of compensation or credit towards a next meal ( i wouldn't have returned even if they offered a free meal). But their attitude and the way they handled the matter was so obnoxious and unhelpful. All i wanted was for the sushi chefs to check out the fish...look at the color, maybe smell it...to make sure it's fresh for future customers but they couldn't even do that much.
I'm sure there are many people who've had good experiences witht his place, but this is just one story to be aware of.
