The word "country" is included in this restaurant's name for a purpose! This is about as "down home" as one can get. The food is generally very good, especially breakfast, which is about all I eat at this establishment although I have sampled their lunch and dinner menus at other times. Their biscuits and gravy is some of the best I've ever eaten and since the portions are huge, it'll sure to sate even the hungriest of appetities! Prices are relatively low and the value is good for the money. If you want to have a truly "unique" experience, visit Nana Vetta's Country Diner on a Sunday morning! What a mix of humanity replete with local "rednecks", "bikers", "church-goers" including some who are dressed "to the nines.". Good food in a very interesting atmosphere.
