Nail Fashion & Spa

I enjoyed my visit to Nail Fashion & Spa. The Ladies were so welcoming and nice. The store got brand new spa chairs and a remodel. I really enjoy the paintings and the candles as i sit there getting my pedicure done because it put me in such a nice state. The ladies offered me other services but weren't pushy which i liked. The prices was not that bad i had payed more at other places and the work was not as good. I will definitely tell a friend. I gave them a 5 star because the atmosphere was cozy and clean, the customer service was good, and the work i got done was excellent. more

I have been going to this place off and on for a year. Today, when I got home I realized I had been overcharged $5. Perhaps an oversight, but this is the SECOND TIME in a few months this has happened. The lady made sure not to give me a receipt this time, so the whole action was highly suspicious. When I called the manager she acknowledged there was an error and told me I could come pick up my $5. When I asked her to just credit it back to my card she said she didn't know how. I don't know why she thought it was ok to inconvenience me and make me drive all the way back and when I brought that up she said ""It my lady fault, she make mistake... not my fault."" I have already reached out to the BBB and plan on contacting the Culver City Chamber of Commerce. They should have their business license revoked. I had a ""spa pedicure"" here today and it felt so nice. They do everything that's normally done in a pedicure, but they do it well. I've been to so many places that fake a lot of the steps: like the foot scrub and massage. Pretty good value too...$17. Overall I would recommend it! Pros: good value, nice staff, good pedicure Cons: a little loud more
