This place exhibited the WORST customer service I've ever seen! I'd broken two silk wrapped fingernails yesterday but my usual place, (Putting on the Ritz), was booked. I saw Nails Center & Tanning as I was driving through a small shopping plaza. It wasn't one of the larger higher end places that I prefer but I thought I'd try it out. \r
There was an immediate language barrier problem... I signed in and asked, (at least 3 times), if they did silk wraps. The manager didn't seem to understand me so one of the customers showed me the board of services offered. Yes, silk wrap was listed! I was ushered over to a seat and the woman went to work on my two nails. It was apparent from the start that she wasn't doing the procedure properly since the silk would not stay glued down.She seemed very unsure of the procedure but I was patient nonetheless. 1/2hour later I looked at my mangled silk wraps,(they looked nothing like the full set The Ritz had done), and the woman shrugged! I asked her what happened and if she knew how to do silk wraps? She basically shrugged me off and told me to go to the manager to have him start over on my nails.\r
I was stunned that she'd just spent 1/2hr ontwo nails & they looked like a 2yr old had been experimenting! The manager told me to sit down and he'd have to soak off the two nails and start over. This is when I asked him why it hadn't been done correctly the first time and if the woman even knew how to do silk wraps? He said something in Vietnamese to the woman and seemed annoyed by my questions. He once again told me to sit down so he could take them off. ~No explanation. No apologies. Nothing! I asked once again what happened the first time. Why are the services listed as available yet the woman obviously didn't know how to perform a silk wrap? He blew me off and told me he would have fixed them but now he wouldn't ! Then he turned his back on me and went to deal with another customer. I was so shocked! VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
Cons: Unprofessional staff and management!! RUDE and very poor customer service!!
